Mr. McNair wrote an article in the Columbus Bar Briefs Magazine titled "The 'Givens' in LIfe: Taxes, Death, and Jury Duty" Fall 2006 p.34

Mr. Petroff has been named as a co-editor of the Communicator, the Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association's (FCTLA) legal periodical for attorneys. The Communicator focuses on timely and practical issues facing the Franklin County trial bar, including tips to improve private practice, interviews with prominent lawyers, and important legal developments throughout the state. In 2008, Mr. Petroff will assume the role as Editor in Chief of the periodical.
